The rooms were adequate for our party of four, with the bonus of having bread delivered in the morning.
The pool, although occasionally busy, was enjoyable for a refreshing swim. The location was incredible, just a short bus ride away from the airport and close to the beach.

Stayed in an a nice size and well-appointed room with balcony. I could use a safe box and a balcony. Location: the hotel was close enough to the seaside and shops, gorgeous Cagnes beach & port...

Convenient parking, very close to Nice center, by car. Beautiful area, nice restaurants in walking distance. And there is a nice small shop to buy food, closeby.
I can not believe I slept on a sofa for 3 days. I think the most important element of a hotel room is the bed. However we were shocked by seeing that there is no bed for adults in the room. A sofa: opened to be bed during the night, and packed back during the day, very noisy, even a slight move wakes up you partner. Plus, the reception is closed at 7:00 pm. So you need to check-in earlier, and if you need anything after that, no chance. One more thing: There is no hairdrier in the room. If you catch the reception, you ask for one to borrow.

Location was excellent, close to airport and beaches etc.
The bed was horrible that was in the room. They should change the "bunkbeds" to new ones immediately...

I stayed at the Residence Heliotel Marine for a week and had an amazing time. The location is perfect, just a short bus ride from Nice and within walking distance of charming restaurants and the beach. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. I loved the balcony and the quiet atmosphere. The pool was also great, not crowded at all. a fantastic stay and I will definitely return.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's located just next to Nice, with it's own closed area (you can only enter in case of having the security code). Close to the beach and boulevard. You can order fresh bread every day.
Parking spaces in closed parking are very narrow. Pool closes at 18:00.

Good location for a family holiday, short distance to Nice, Antibes and Cannes. Free car park in the garage was a big plus. Also Close to Cap 3000 shopping centre. Friendly staff, good English skills.
The floors were dirty when we came in, had to wipe them ourselves. The separate toilet did not have a sink, which was a bit strange.

Nice, modern room with big windows. Good mattresses and comfortable beds. Kitchen is clean and equipped. Big terrace for breakfast. Convenient underground parking and friendly English-speaking staff. Superb price-quality ratio. Close to seafront and pebble beach.

The location was absolutely perfect for our family. We were just a short walk away from the beautiful Port of Nice, where we enjoyed strolling along the marina and taking in the stunning views. The children's playground on-site was a big hit with our kids, providing hours of fun and entertainment. The resort also had an amazing heated water park, which the whole family loved. It was great to have exclusive access to these facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
For dads, it would be great if there were more organized sports activities available for the children.

hotel was right across the street from the beach. I liked having so many restaurants to choice from on the strip next to the beach. comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 children or 2 single adults.
I didn't like that the office closed at 7:00. If you are arriving after that call ahead and get the code to the gate. The hallways are a little dark and smelling but the room's are clean and well lit.

the view from single room was excellent.

The location of the hotel was great as it was close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. The availability of parking within the property was a huge plus, especially for those driving their own vehicles. It provided a sense of security and ease of access.
There were hairs on the bathroom floors and stains on the towels, which showed a lack of attention to detail in the housekeeping. The limited availability of public transport and the distance to the nearest stop made it inconvenient for guests who relied on public transportation.
